CrossTalk is an easy to use application for Windows exploring the fascinating world of Internet telephony (VoIP, Voice over IP). CrossTalk lets you call anywhere in the world for free or at negligible rates. All that you need is a soundcard, microphone, speakers, and a net connection to make free PC-PC calls.
